Fundamentals of Political Leader Cultivation in TN / India

1. First of all Every TN Voting people understand that our money has been looted and given as vote for money from political leaders.
2. We shall start a small Spark from Kids schooling which should produce high quality kids by teaching then all political services and leaders Biography in details. As well as trip to villages to learn fundamentals of Farming.
3. This kids should be as become our leaders in Village Ward Election, Ooraachi Election, Peroorachi Election and followed by MLA.
4. This execution should be in parallel in Entire TN, followed by all the States.
5. Identity Good TRUE Leaders like Mr Kamarajar (Senior Leader) in each TN Constituencies (Thokudhi’s) followed by a small group of Young College Kids to be followed Senior Leader.
6. Senior Leader has to guide this young group and execute statistics analysis of that Constituency (Thokudhi)  like
• Meet people in person , understand their education, work-life style, number of kids, existing basic needs (Road, water, house, Hospitals, Electricity services, Farming land types, Farming Crops, Farming Facilities, Farming End product Markets, Industries, Rivers, Lakes, Pots, Cannel, Air Pollution, Water Pollution, Land Pollution, all Gundas (Rowdies) in the entire Constituency with their links,
•  Create a NGO to serve these villages in the initial time, We may get fund from the people who are from the same or other Constituency.
• Create Awareness to people about the power of Vote, How our Systems is running in Videos, and Books.
• All the Leaders and Young Champs PAN Numbers, Bank Accounts, Phone Numbers, Travel (inside – outside) India will be monitored and tracked using Intelligence Analysis Products.
• Intelligence Analysis Products help to execute all the link analysis patterns to suspect their activities, which will be done by Non-Government Special Team
• This above process has to be documented well and should be a mandatory study for all High School Kids.
• There should be practical Political Survey study, which will be added in common Statistical Analysis for every TN Constituency.

Generic Rules

1.      Election Symbol has be change every Election

2.      All Farming jobs must be become Government Jobs based on category

3.      All cultivation must be Natural Farming

4.      Must close all the Farming related Chemicals, Chemical Fertilizers

5.      All Farmers must apply Farming insurance

6.      Maintain all Natural Sources must be clean, neat whoever intrudes the water quality, they will be Penalized (Water, Air, Land, Forest, …)

7.      All natural resources must not be given as lease to Private Party, if any existing revoke unconditionally.

8.      All the Private schools which open after Independence will be revoked and all the staff will get Government  Jobs, if more than 5 years PF Statements.

9.      All Kids will be followed only one universal Education method.

10.   All Government Teachers must undergo regular student’s feedback, Peers feedback, Their Heads Feedback, Parents Feedback. Which will be applied in Intelligence Analysis process to assign their Ratings. Based on the Ratings, their Hike and other promotions will be calculated or considered. Consecutive 3 Bad ratings will be lead to Under Promotion or Salary Cut or Termination.

11.   Rest all Government Employees / MLAs / MPs / CM / PM …. Must undergo regular feedback process from juniors Feedback, Peers feedback, their Head Feedback, Citizens (Who has any Valid Government Id card) Feedback. Which will be applied in Intelligence Analysis process to assign their Ratings. Based on the Ratings, their Hike and other promotions will be calculated or considered. Consecutive 3 Bad ratings will be lead to Under Promotion or Salary Cut or Termination.

12.   Any citizen who gets/pays bribe will be penalized who will be revoke all Government Benefits and Services (Passport, Ration Card, Voter Id, PAN Card, Gas Card, Electricity, Water Line ..)

13.   All Existing Government Law will be re-main same, since we enforce to cleanup bribe and feedback rating systems, which will lead to clean system.
